Beautiful Lake Utah is home to many varities of wildlife, particulary Birds. It is very quiet here and all you can hear are different birds talking to each other. Lots of ground squirrels, makes ours back home look like mice!
When Veronica was about 11 a rope swing went over the river, not there anymore, but a great bird sanctuary is. Lake Utah...in Provo, snow still in the mountains, this is a beautiful warm fresh water lake and very few people were here.
Utah has miles of bike trails, this particular one is in the valley surrounded by snow capped mountains. The trail followed the river and green valleys with grazing cows and horses. Trash is on a carry out basis so there was quite a bit....we picked up over 50 pounds of trash from the trails accessable from Utah Lake. It felt good to do a little work!
This place looks so beautiful, and I bet it's even prettier after your big service project!! You guys are such good witnesses!!!
